Organizer Bills
There are all kinds of organizer bills filing system choices on the market today. The two main categories are those that are computer based and those that are not. Computer based software programs are quite popular these days, especially Quicken and Microsoft Money. Not only are these programs perfect for small businesses but also households that want a high-tech way to keep track of the finances. You may even have some sort of financial management software included with the purchase of your computer or installed already as a default program.
If you don't want to use a program like those mentioned above, consider making your own financial spreadsheet. This gives you freedom and flexibility in your categories and design. If you don't have a program like Excel, you can try something online like Google Spreadsheets. Of course not everyone wants a computerized method of bill filing and tracking. Many people still receive paper statements in the mail and need a way to control the clutter.
Luckily there are all kinds of great organizational tools on the market today. You can file your bills in an expanding binder, which features many pockets that expand when the binder is opened and fit closely together when it is closed. Or, you might want to try a desktop bill organizer. Many of these come in wood finish or black and feature slots for every day of the month. There are rectangular shaped ones, tiered ones, rotating ones and even those that hang on the wall. These organizers are not only perfect for bills but for personal reminders and other paperwork.
The right organizer bills filing system is one that fits your preferences and your needs. If you're someone who receives electronic statements and pays your bills online, then a computer based organizational program is definitely the way to go. But if you are someone who prefers paper bills and needs a way to keep track of all your mail a desktop or hanging file organizer would probably work better. Of course you could also keep paper copies of your bills in one of these organizers while filing everything online using a spreadsheet or financial management program.
